Question: My husband and I recently put a bid in on a house for the asking price and they said no, the house is still on the market, Why did they not accept it? Shouldn't they have to give us a reason why they did not accept it? |

A seller does not need to give a reason for rejecting an offer. It's up to them on if they want to sell to you or not, and if they want to tell you why or why not. Take the rejection and look for something else, or, up the offer to convince them you really want the property. |
