I made an offer to purchase on an REO 7 days ago. No answer yet. Listing agent keeps telling buyer agent: no news. Seems like a very long time for an answer when the listing agent stated 48 hrs typical turnaround time from the asset manager. The unknown is agonizing! Any ideas why this would take so long?
