I am a first time, pre qualified buyer. I put in an offer on a bank owned property. I offered $5000.00 over asking price. Asked for a 48 hour response and was told too wait another 5 days. Still have no response. What is the average wait time for an offer on a bank owned property in Massachusetts ??
