The question should be referred to a local contract attorney BUT I am sure if you ask your Realtor, they will have no problem giving you a copy of the Listing Agreement. If you ask for a copy and they say no you can't have it..that's a different story and you should then go to their Broker (the boss -so to speak- over the agents in the office). You might also want to put your request in writing should you be having a hard time getting something you want..this holds true in everything you do. Good Luck!

Yes you should have a copy of the Listing agreement given to you for your records.
