My wife and I found a house that we both like. The issue is a small strip center containing a dance studio and a dry cleaner behind the back yard. It is in a nice sub but the first three houses have this commercial building behind them and a small wall that separates the building property. rnrnWe personally like the though of the privacy as this center gets very little traffic and for the most part the wall and landscaping keep everything out of sight. But we do not plan on staying in this area for very long and are really looking to do a little work to raise the property value and sell in 3 to 5 years. rnrnMy question is, how would this commercial property effect other potential buyers? rn
