I'm one of five (5) property owners who share a sewage pump station. The pumps have been replaced at a cost of $ 5,300 per property owner. One of the properties is under the category of REO. Who do we send the bill for the 1/5 share? CountryWide is managing the property. Per town records property was given back to bank on Sept. 19.

Check with the county records for that property. Sometimes it is recorded.
