why would a seller want to pay for my down pymt. & closing costs? if i make an offer on a $100k house w/100% financing, i'm really paying $106k for this house(3% down=$3000; 3% closing=$3000)

yes, Realtor.com will give you all active listings in your area. If you want specific details of a property though, you will need to contact a local Realtor.
