I don't think that purchasing property in Iraq is a good idea at the moment. You don't really know if what's there today will be there tomorrow with the country under seige.

It is not wise to buy property in Iraq right now for obvious reasons. Perhaps you should consider somewhere like Canada. THe winters there are beautiful.
