What is the process to get a VA Home Loan? My husband is elig, due to his time in service.rnrnDo we contact the VA? the mortgage co? the real estate agent?

I just had the same problem However not with my agent but with the agent listing the home... I wish someone would anwser so we knowwhat to do... I bid 12,000 more than what it sold for. and that was in a counter offer on a bank owned home
