The answer to your "air" question is Yes..Real Property Right's consist of surface rights, subsurface rights and air rights within your boundary lines. Not sure about PA but reasonable air-space is typically considered to be up to 50-100ft from your roof top unless you are living in the city or a highrise then the laws are different. If you are in doubt, consult your local Realtor or Real Estate Attorney with regards to your air rights as laws do differ slightly in each state. As a good neighbor though, simply ask them to trim them back some OR ask them if they would mind that you want to trim them back and live in harmony. Good Luck!
