Hi and good morning! We are getting ready to sell our home to purchase a newer one with more room. Tho we have done numerouse upgrades and repairs to our 41 year old home, I would like to know if there is somewhere on line that gives you a checklist of things to look for that would need repairing and/or sprucing up in order to get a really good value for our home. Any ideas and or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
