What is the best way to find a realtor you know will be trustworthy?

The MLS thing as simply a tool used to search for property. Most realtors post their listings on the MLS and limited information can be found on public MLS searches. To use this "MLS thing" simply find a site that says "search the MLS" or "MLS Search" and click on it. Then enter general information on what you're looking for and presto..available homes matching your search criteria is displayed. The downfall of searching the MLS in public websites is that the information is very limited and the property may be for sale anymore. To learn more, consult your local Realtor.

MLS is really easy to use and you can even view pictures of homes for sale in your area. I would check it out if I were you.
