Can I pay closing costs with a credit card when selling my home?

Yes because you did not agree and it should have be taken care of.

After been in escrow for five months and been harrased by the escrow office to cancel the escrow we agreed with the condition that the instructions be changed and that we will get our deposit back. Well we received the document specifying what we wantedand signed it. That was 3 weeks ago and now the escrow office tells us the buyer may not sign and after 3 years our deposit will go to the estate. How is this possible? They continually pushed us to cancel but now are able to keep the money from us? We are a low income family and cannot afford a lawyer, is this how justice is served in our country?
