I had a temite inspection done on my house and the inspector found no termites present but told us that we should have a door to a storage unit replaced. He is now refusing to sign of on the inspection because of the door. Can he do that? The paid property inspector did not even comment on the door and here the termite guy notes it. What are my rights? My agent is now saying that I could loose the buyer because of this door. It is a storage door that is outside the property.
