I recently moved to CA from TX which means from low end housing market in TX to a high end sector in CA. I have listed my house on the market in TX since June and have had a SLOW mover on my hand. I have lowered the price on this 2002 home and tried almost all options. The house is in great shape, great location, etc. What more can I do?

I would think between $100,000 and $200,000 but it really depends on the area and the contractor.

Depends on the contractor. Will you be doing any work on it yourself.
