I live 200 miles from Dad's house; closing is scheduled for Mon. November 15. Last time I am able to be there to pack last-minute things is that Sat/Sunday. My sister lives 40 minutes away, handling with realor. Buyers want walk through day before closing, when I was still going to be staying at the house (I was planning on leaving early Monday morning, day of closing). My sister said once walk through happense, sellers cannot go back in the house!!! Is she correct? My feeling is that house isn't sold until closing occurs & $$$ transacted. Help!
