My real estate agent advertised and sold a house and 2 acres of land. It was only supposed to be 1 acre. She thought I did the lot split but I didn't. She says the buyer knew full well it was to be 1 acre. The buyer says it's his. Now the buyer has the deed, my agent brought to me, that I signed. I need the land back as it is the parking lot for my 8 unit strip mall. Is the agent in any way responsible? I have hired a laywer to litigate against the broker. Does anyone know of a case were a broker paid to fix an oversight like this? Ohio.

I offered the asking price but am also afraid. I lost my first house and am looking at this one as a blessing as it is better. I know just how you feel, but its all about the waiting game.
