my mom recently passed away. my father passed away several years ago.they purchased a 2 family home in ny aabout 30 years ago for 65k-- the house is now worth app 700k. My mother wrote an informal instuctions to sell the house upon her death. I am not on the deed but my one brother is.She would like us to give my brother's 2 children 50k each and split the rest.
