Does it really matter? Do you think that if your home goes up in value..other homes are going to stay where there are? If you are simply asking if the housing market in your area is forecasted to slow and decline this year..most likely not.
Let me make this easy for you..do YOU want to or need to sell your home? If the answer is YES, then list it today and if you want, tack on the national average of 3% above what homes are selling for in your area today and sit on it...when the market catches up, you'll have the higher value.
