My wife and I recently signed an agreement to purchase a newly built home with a closing date of 12-15-2007. . .We put our home on the market a couple weeks ago and although a totally renovated home the weather is turning cold and we are worried about two mortgage payments, two power bills, etc. Can I request that the moving date be moved back to say february or march. . .What are the legal ramifications?
