I had all my coordination for moving into this new construciton on the 26 Nov 07 and now it has been moved to a later date. the builder gave me 1 day notice and I have a real mess as I have several things already in place for the orginal date. Can they pospone this closing. The house already has a CO and I know the inspector found seveal things wrong with the house but I am willing to move in and hold some money in Escrow is need to get these things fixed. Can just one party change the closing date. I was reading and I thought it took two parties to agree to change the date. I am paying my real estate lady to represent me in buying this house and she has done nothing for me. I feel she is not doing her job or she does not know what is going on with Contract law.
