We inquired about selling a piece of property in PA that is 4 acres with no developement. The agent stalled in getting back to us and about 2 weeks after an initial contact, he sent us a contract and a consumer notice. His commission is listed for 13% and the asking price is listed at 10% less than we discussed. What is going on? Does he have a competing property? Is he trying to stall us?
