I have 1 acre on my property that I want to sell. How do I make that a lot and have it deeded. So I can sell it separtely.

You will need to find out about zoning restrictions first so that you can figure out whether or not you can sell that piece of your property separately. YOu can go to your local city or town hall to find out about zoning.
