My wife and I are divorcing. She wants to continue living in the house and I agreed to pay the mortgage for the next 3 years. I want none of the equity in the house at all and with her income, she will not be able to re-finance in just her name. Is there a way of signing the deed over to her, but keeping my name on the mortgage? She will then have to sell it or refinance it within the 3 years.
