I wounder if people will be willing to buy new properties in Florida after this summer. Will they move to west coast. After the hurricanes lots of properties were destroit. Is this a good time to buy new properties?

Actually Billy, rich people are buying up all of the damaged properties in Florida right now for cheap so they can sell them for not so cheap to suckers.

Many damaged properties that have been listed with realtors have been taken off the market until they can be fixed.

If you do buy a damaged property in Florida good luck trying to fix it up. Most of the contractors in the hard hit areas are booked solid for months.
