I bought a house on July 1, 2008. Can someone tell me if I have to pay the property taxes for the whole year?

No, you don't need a license. You must get the home under contract and then assign it to your end buyer. that's it. Just be sure you collect at least 5% fee for your trouble.

You could selling property in abroad but you need the help of real estate agent. With help of agent you could easily sell your property.
