A friend told me that the more windows a condo or house has, the more it is worth. Is this true.

I don't really think it matters. Maybe this was true in the eighties when people were really into skylights.

A bright, cheery house will always attract buyers, however the number of widnows a house or condo has usually will not directly influence its value.
