I have a question regarding selling a property. I own a home and had a girlfriend deeded onto the home about a year ago. I am the sole person on the loan itself, but she is deeded on. What are my rights to selling the home? She says I cannot sell the home without her consent and she is saying she will not allow this, so I am stuck in a bad situation right now. She is not on the loan itself, but she's deeded onto the title. Is this true that I cannot do anything without her okay? Are there ways around this?
