7 years ago my wife and I purchased an old run down motel with a "Quit Claim Deed". The real estate salesman told us there was a rnproblem with the title at that point. We checked at the court house and everything looked OK then.rnWe are now trying to sell the motel and we have contacted 3 attorneys and just get the run around. We would like to sell at a drastically reduced price as we are both seniors and my wife is not in th best health.
