I submmitted an offer on a foreclosed house to the selling agent. I come to find out that his co-worker also had an offer on the house & the selling agent never submitted my offer to the bank. I got in touch with the REO agent at the bank and my offer was indeed higher, however it was never presented to the bank. Is there any way I can get this selling agent in trouble? Isn't he legally bound to submit my offer? Who would I contact for complaint?
