Ask your friends and family. If they don't have one in mind, and if you are looking for an agent to help you sell your home, drive around your neighborhood and look to see who's picture and name are on most of the properties. All Realtors® have a code of ethics and professionalism they are to abide by for is they don't and you report them to the local association, they could receive disiplinary action. Notice I said Realtors® , be sure to choose someone who at least holds that designation and not everyone that sells Real Estate is a Realtor® .
