Morning,rnrnI have a question for the real estate agents who frequent your board.rnrnMy company markets properties and services to investors and occasionally I find some good deals searching the MLS, but most investors don't search deep enough on Realtor.com or the local MLS to uncover the best deals.rnrnI was wondering if agents market to these investors. Is their another site they use to reach these potential buyers? The reason I ask is because the percentages are so low on investor grade properties that I am sure they don't spend much time marketing them.rnrnI want to contact agents and let them know that our showroom does market to this segment, but I don't know the best way to approach them.rnrnAny help will be appreciated.rn
