I have a 5 bedroom house. 3 plus the master bedroom are upstairs. The bedroom down stairs is being used as a study which has built in bookshelves with a closet. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are not that large. I would like to remodel them to 2 large bedrooms with the bathroom in the middle. Will this hurt my chances to sell in the future? (Are families cutting down on the number of children in a family?)
