If you have an interest only mortgage ..fixed for 3 years..and you did the bi-weekly would it really reduce the over all balance on your principle. Or should I wait to refinance in three years and start the bi-weekly?

If you have a penalty for non prepayment to principal, guest what, nothing what you can do about it, cause that what they want, paid only interest for 3 years and after that charge you the original amount with the same interest! that's sweet, no?
try to find out if you can refinance asap and then start with the bi-weekly, i mean why to you want to wait? good look!
