The Sellers of a RE Transaction have very little say once the contract is fully executed (accepted by all parties to the transaction). If you don't cooperate with the Buyer, you could possibly be sued under "Specific Performance" and the courts might enforce the contract. Another thing to keep in mind, if you're working with a RE Agent and they got you a Ready, Willing and Able Buyer matching your exact terms of the sale, you could be sued by the RE Agents as well for a full commission. As bad as this sounds, you and your RE Agent should have reviewed your buying potential before listing the home for sale. Good Luck!

Immediately take your contract to a real estate attorney and let them find you a loophole..let's face it, attorneys can get off MURDERERS, they could at least get you out of your contract somehow.
