I am looking to sell approx 21 acres of prime lakefront/highway front land in north central Texas. Approx 1/3 is currently an income producing RV park but could be easily converted to residential or commercial projects. Will subdivide and keep the RV park or sell it separately. Need input as to how to go about locating these cash buyers/builders/investors. Thanks.
