The seller & I have deceided on a price & now I need to come up with an offical offer with all my contingencies. This is a commercial building. Is there a form that will cue me to all the things I need to think about?

An addendum to a real estate purchase contract should outline the items of sale contingent to your (buyer's)approval including the warranty of the accuracy of information by the seller. There are always the additional special clause that you can include;exculpatory,subordination,perf
ormance,exchange,options,rollovers,wra
parounds,assignments,substitutions.Ask
your closing attorney about other ways to include your contingencies when writing a contract.
