I work for a company that is looking for a genltemen who purchased property for taxes in Phillips County, Arkansas a Mr. William Reed the court house stated Palm Bay Atlantic Corp handled the sale to Mr. Reed.

A seller does not need to give a reason for rejecting an offer. It's up to them on if they want to sell to you or not, and if they want to tell you why or why not. Take the rejection and look for something else, or, up the offer to convince them you really want the property.
