I was just wondering the status of the isoldmyhouse.com case. Has it been proven that they are working as a real estate company?

If you are an agent, then you will understand what I mean by saying industry standards on commissions for the most part. As far as the market, heavy on condo sales, moderate on SF/TH sales and fair to moderate on rentals in the SE Florida Region.

The market in Florida is still hot right now to spite the recent hurricane damage. I say get in on it while you can!

I really depends on who you are dealing with. Different people ask for different cuts.

The split between and agent and a broker is negotiable. A brokerage such as C-21,Coldwell banker etc... will work on a sliding scale usually starting a 50% - 50% split. RE/MAX for example is a 95% split you keep 95% minus, desk fees and other expenses. Main thing to remember is that you can negotiate the split.
