does anyone know who to sign up with to receive reo listings from banks? I am looking to become an agent and sppecialize in REO property.

While I would strongly advise you to consult with an attorney, usually a Deeded Access is exactly what it says...allows access through the property. Usually you cannot build anything on a Deeded Access, especially if the property isn't theirs. Good Luck!
