We are behind in our mortgage and we are on a repayment plan. Is it possible to get a mortgage if we are behind in our mortgage and our credit score is below 500?

Hi, we would like to refinance our home. We are on a 2 year ARM and it will be up in Nov. Due to an extended illness our credit is not good. We have fallen behind on credit cards. We would just like to pay off debt and refinance. We want to keep the house. We just need some help. We have never been late on our house payment ever. If there is anything you can do please let me know. Email; [email protected]

I've been struggling to pay of my credit cards and tried to get a home equity loan to consolidate them. The problem was at the time I didn't have enough equity on the house to pay the $20,000 of credit card debt. Now my home has gone up over $50,000 in value but I can't get the loan because my credit dropped under 500 due to not being able to keep up with the credit card payments. Is there a way I can get an equity loan with credit score under 500? My email address is: [email protected] Thanks!

Our top fico scores are 500. What is the % amount you could finance on a home for us?

We have an ARM which already increased my payments an extra $900. we wanted to refi but our ficos are below 500. Because the market is not very good right now, we don't have a lot of equity. Is there any way to get a loan? If anyone can help please e-mail me [email protected] Thanks.

I had my identity stolen 3 years ago and have a FICO of under 500 all i want is to stop paying rent on someone else's home I pay 560 a month and would love to buy this house I foun in the woods for 22,000. I need a loan for 30,000 to finish fixing it up and move in can you help?

Rebecca Neal - June 23rd, 2007 2:01 AM

Yes!! I am having this problem. I am living in the house I want to buy right now. My parents own this house, and are willing to gift me the equity in it for the down payment. My middle FICO score (I think) is a 470, and I want to have this house put in my name. My parents currently have an 80/20 loan with 2 payments totalling $1000. If I could get one loan lower than that, I would be forever grateful. If you can help me, please give me a call. I will also send an email to the email address listed above.
