I am the seller and have asked my broker numerous times when the closing date will be.rnrnHe told me the buyer's wanted an extension but wouldn't tell me how long of an extension they were requesting. rnrnI finally received a call this past Monday from the buyer's broker about the extension. I asked how much longer they wanted and was told they wanted Dec. 30, 2009. rnrnI was very surprised because my broker had told me the closing date was Dec. 30, but they wanted an extension on that date.rnrnI am angry with my broker. There have been numerous problems with the broker and this just adds insult to injury.rnrnI also don't know where or what time the closing will be. I am injured and need more time to move. The broker knew this, but obviously could care less. This is an extremely bad time to move because of the bad weather. I now have three days to completely move and it is mainly just myself that will be doing the moving. I asked the broker's assistance in getting help moving - I had been promised this previously - but there is not going to be help now.rnrnMy son and his wife are going to come over tomorrow - or try to - depending on the weather. rnrnCould anyone give advice on this situation?
