Is the agreement legal & binding if the 1st page is dated on 7-19 & the rest of the agreement is dated on 7-10? How can I be sure that the purchase offer on the 19th which is valid & binding if the 2nd - 8th page of the agreement is dated on the 10th. I can't be sure but I might of been given something to sign on the 10th that they will open escrow with eg a lessor amount in the purchase price? I believe my attorney helped the realty scamm me. How do I find out for sure? Since this is a very reputable firm & he is reputable & a partner if what I suspect has happened has happened, what is my recourse?
