I think this question is one out of disrespect for Real Estate Agents and quite offensive. How much does it cost a Doctor to perform brain surgery on a patient? How much does it cost an Attorney to file a one page complaint that makes their client's thousands of dollars? How much does it cost a CPA to do a person's taxes?
A Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida has to go to school, take a state exam, go to more school and take another exam and then has to have continuing education each year to remain an active agent. A Florida Licensed Real Estate agent, in order to use the services you mention in your question, then has to spend a decent amount of money to become a Board Member just to be able to use the term Realtor. Countless hours of working with clients to find that special home, countless hours and money advertising their specialty and the list goes on and on.
I guess to answer your question, enough and more than any one professional would spend advertising something that wasn't theirs.
Please treat and respect Licensed Real Estate Professionals as such and you will benefit a ton from that relationship.
