We are looking to buy a home in Pennsylvania. We have to go before a judge with our realtor. There was already one offer made on the home, at which time the court date was set. What should we expect at the hearing? Will it be like an auction? Will we know what others bid? Should we make an offer before the court date or wait till the day of the hearing?
