My husband to be and I are looking to buy a home.We have been saving for about a year now and pay up to 20 percent down on a house we like. My credit is not great his is, the realtor said she could get us aproved for more than the home we are interesed in costs, but I have recently run into a problem at work which will force me to look for something else. I know I can get another job but it may not be in the same job feild. I am looking to move from salery to hourly wage and it may not be in the same job feild. I have been with my current emploer for 3 years. My question is, with my fincee being the primary applicant can my job change keep us from being able to buy a home?
