Yes, it's called a Realtor..one of the biggest tools to have working for you. A good Realtor will also give you viable information on the area, schools, up-coming zoning issues, area appreciation data and more! If you simply want to know how much of a home you can afford, there are alot of online calculators BUT if you want help on picking the right home for you, then use a Realtor. Good Luck!

I think the best thing to do is start researching. The more research you do the more qualified you will be when it comes to deciding on the best home.
