I owned..442 Stone Rd. Lex.Ky. 40503. for 15 years. The people that bought it, took bankruptcy and the house was sold at a commissioners sale Dec6,04. My children grew up there and want me to try to buy it back. We were the first owners. I had to sell it before I lsot it. But I am in much better financial shape to buy it back. Do you have any info on this? I know the bank (J.P. Morgan Chase) bought it back for $110,000.
