house has a great view, but has 25 steps leading to the entry. The garage has 30 steps. Is this too good to be true. Other homes in this area sell for 500K+ but don't have stairs. Is the view worth climbing 30 steps? I don't mind a little discomfort climbing the stairs.. but what about from a resale point of view?rnrnPlease share as much of your thoughts as possible.
