I bid on a single family home the seller is out of state negotiations were with my agent and listing agent. The seller and buyer accepted verbally price and terms of contract offer with 2 changes,Fri morning. Contract was faxed to me and I inital changes and signed early Fri, afternoon, The contract was faxed back and the seller was to sign. I wanted signed contract back the same night. They said not to worry it is a done deal the listing agent was going to the beach this weekend. I waited all day for fax back on Sat. And now Sat night they tell me someone else saw prop. and made an offer. Is this ethical. What am I suppose to do?

if more buildings are being built in the market condition where there supply is more than the demand ,the price for the concerned building will be higher and vice-versa.
